METHOD
OF PREPARATION :-
1. Wash, boil, peel and dice potatoes into one-centimeter
sized cubes. Peel, wash and finely chop raw mango into thin julienne.
Peel, wash and finely chop onions. Clean wash and finely chop coriander
leaves.
2. Arrange puris on a plate.
3. Mix potatoes, raw mango, salt and red chilli
powder.
4. Place this over the puris
5. Drizzle coriander and mint chutney, garlic chutney
and tamarind chutney one on top of the other.
6. Sprinkle onions and chaat masala.
7. Cover up all the puris with plenty of sev. Garnish
with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
