of Preparation :- 1.
Bland rawa. Rice flour and two and one forth cup of water to make
a thin batter. Add Asafoetida and salt.
2. Peel, wash and finely chop ginger dry coconet
and crash Cashewnuts. Add a;; these to the Batter.
3. Crush peppercorns and cumin seeds. Heat Ghee
in apan and fry peppercorns and cumin seeds lightly. Add to batter
and stie well.
4. Lightly grease a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladle
full of batter and spread by swirling the tawa.
5. Pour a tablespoon of oil around and on dosa
cook till in a crisp and golden in colour. Remove and serve hot.
