METHOD
OF PREPARATION
1. Take poha in a colander, pour three or four
cup of water evenly to moisten them. Drain well. Soak soy granules
in one cup of water for fifteen to twenty minutes. Drain and keep
aside.
2. Remove stems, wash and chop green chillies.
Peel, wash and chop onions. Clean,wash and chop coriander leaves.
Wash curry leaves and pat dry.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds.
Stir-fry briefly. Add green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder
and onions. Stir-fry for two minutes on medium heat. Add soy granules
and sprinkle a quarter cup of water on it. Cook, covered, on low
heat for five minutes. Stir well.
4. Add poha and toss over medium heat till it is
heated through. Add roasted peanuts, salt and lemon juice. Toss
well. Serve hot immediately garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
