METHOD
OF PREPARATION
1. Slice paneer into seven slices of two inches
by two inches. Peel, wash and slice onion into roundels. Wash tomatoes
and cut them into roundels. Roast peppercorns and crush them coarsely.
Peel, wash and grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste.
2. Mix well all marinade ingredients and spread
evenly on paneer slices. Keep aside for ten minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 150 C .
4. Spread mint chutney evenly on paneer slices.
5. Arrange onion and tomato roundels on each paneer
slices and cover with cheese slices.
6. Stack each paneer slices with its layers one
on top of other, by repeating the process.
7. Make a mixture of fresh cream, grated cheese
and crushed peppercorns and pure over topmost layer.
8. place last cheese slice on top and bake at 150
C for ten minutes.
9. Cut into pieces of one inch by one inch. Serve
hot.
