Ingredients ;-

Whole Wheat Flour........................ ½ cup
Refined Flour................................ ½ cup
Baking Powder.............................. ½ tsp
Ghee.......................................... ½ cup
Salt............................................ to taste
Carom Seeds................................. ½ tsp

Method of Preparation :-

1. Mix the two flour and backing powder. Add ghee and rub in with fingertrip to get a consistency of breadcrumbs.
2. add salt and crushed carom seeds. Add sufficient cold water to make stuff dough. Cover dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest for some time.
3. Sprinkle some refined flour on a flat surface and roll out dough in to a half centimeter thick diskette (Chapati)
