METHOD
OF PREPARATION :-
1. Peel, wash and finely chop onion. Trim, wash,
drain and shred lettuce leaves. Mix together beans, lettuce, onion
and cheese.
2. Heat tortillas on a griddle plate (tawa) until
hot and pliable but make sure they do not become dry.
3. Place two tablespoons of beans mixture a little
below the center of the tortilla.
4. Top it up with salsa fresca and fold side of
tortilla over the filling to the center.
5. Fold bottom over filling and roll up, enclosing
filling completely.
6. Serve immediately as burritos tend to become
soggy very soon. |
