| Method
of Praparation :-
1. Clean and wash mint leaves and
coriander leaves. Remove stems and wash green chillies and grind
them into a fine paste with mint and coriander leaves using sufficient
quantity of water. Roast cumin seeds on a griddle and grind them
in to a powder.
2. Mix together fresh black grape juice, ground
paste. Tamarind pulp, salt, black salt roasted cumin powder, red
chilli powder and lemon juice.
3. Chill in refrigerator till use.
4. if you want to you may fill each puri with a
little sprouted green gram, then fill it up with grape juice mixture
and relish this unusual pani puri.
