METHOD
OF PREPARATION :-
1. Peel and wash potatoes, grate and keep them
immersed in four cups of water.
2. Roast peanuts on a hot griddle and de-skin and
similarly roast casewnuts. Wash and pat dry black raisins. Remove
stems and make small pieces of red chillies. Grind sugar to a powder
and keep aside.
3. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a kadai and fry
chilli pieces. Drain and keep aside. In the same oil fry raisins,
drain and keep aside.
