Jantar Mantar is situated in Sansad Marg, Connaught Place, Jantar
Mantar was an observatory for Maharaja Jai Singh of Jaipur. Constructed
in 1725, this monument is an exact copy of the original sundial of
Jaipur. This dial was used to predict eclipses and view other heavenly
bodies.
